Meldgaard US Inc. has 3 ash recycling plants operational in the US processing more than 2,000t per day. This draws on more than 20 years of experience in processing and recycling waste-to-energy (W2E) ash in Northern Europe and the US.

We have created what is probably the most advanced mobile ash recycling operation in the world.

We operate several stationary ash recycling plants, both standalone as well as integrated in our client’s W2E plants. With our bespoke design we can engineer the IBA plant to fit into the W2E plant’s processes for ash handling.

Mining ash from monofills is a growing demand for our mogile ash recycling plants where we have experience in releasing metals for revenue and ash for aggregate from ash monofills.

Plant 1

Ongoing since September 2013 with 158,000 tons/annum of Combined Ash.

Plant 2

Ongoing since June 2014 with 187,000 tons/annum of Combined Ash.

Plant 3

Ongoing since September 2014 with 120,000 tons/annum of Bottom Ash.

Contract 1

June 2013 to November 2015 with 213,000 tons of Combined Ash on clients landfill site.

Contract 2

January 2018 to March 2018 with 30,000 tons of Combined Ash for beneficial ash use research project.
